Meet Eustema
Eustema came into being in 1989 with the aim of bringing digital innovation to public administrations. In the early ’90s, with few Italians knowing what the Internet was, we provided companies with an e-mail system, Net Mail.
In 1999, well ahead of the digital and social media development, we created Community Portal Suite, one of the first Italian owned CMS focused on interaction and collaboration among users.
Meanwhile, with the first business intelligence and datawarehouse systems, business process management and document management, we created Intrage, a web agency (not yet so called), and the homonymous portal for computer literacy for aged people, which represented the first real experience of digital inclusion in Italy.
The solutions for the automation of the legal area for some major Italian companies enhanced our spin-off EUforLEGAL, up to the most recent projects in the field of blockchain, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
Eustema Group’s core business since ever is to innovate and foresee the future of technological evolution.

Stefano Buscemi
Founder and President Eustema Spa
Graduated in Electronic Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II, after two years working as assistant professor, Stefano Buscemi joined Olivetti in 1978 in the World Marketing Division, providing software support to the foreign subsidiaries of the Ivrea-based company. He managed international projects and helped create the information system for the Chinese Railways in 1980.
Once back in Italy, he is entrusted with the technical management of the banking division. In 1989, with his friend and colleague Enrico Luciani, contributed to the constitution of Eustema, a start-up company with the aim of automating and digitalizing PA services for citizens, covering the position of Director of Productive Operations. Since 2013 shares with Mr. Luciani the control of the Company, and in 2018 became its President.
Enrico Luciani
Founder and CEO Eustema Spa
Driven by a strong interest for the newly born computer science, Enrico Luciani joined Olivetti in 1973, immediately after having graduated in mathematics at the University of Pisa.
Luciani held key roles in Olivetti, starting as Sales Manager for Italy and then working in many of its controlled companies. In 1989, he founded Eustema, a CISL joint-stock company.
As Managing Director and General Manager, Luciani rapidly brought Eustema into the spotlight. The company quickly carved out a leading role among the main software engineering and technological innovation companies, proving the strength of an approach that combined the achievement of economic results with a focus on the social and labor dynamics of the sector.
On the strength of the results achieved, in 2000 Luciani decided to take up the new challenges: founded and became CEO of the web agency Intrage spa and led the company until 2007, the year of its acquisition by Eustema spa.
Since May 2013 Enrico Luciani is the reference shareholder of Eustema spa, as CEO.
Paola de Rosa

Her career in the world of information begins in the ’80s collaborating with magazines, newspapers, radio and national TV.
Between the late ’80s and ’90s she gained significant experience in corporate communication (IRI Italstat Group) and trade unions. In 2000 she started focusing her activity on digital communication: contributing to the creation and management of the startup Intrage SpA, incorporated by Eustema SpA in 2007.
In Eustema SpA he holds different management positions, initially being responsible for the Innovation Direction and the Communication Direction, and later managing the Digital Media production area and the Knowledge & Technology Direction. Today, she covers the role of Chief Operating Officer in the Eustema Group.
